Accra serves as the capital city and central hub of the Commonwealth of Accra.

The city is uniquely situated entirely inside a massive, towering, ancient industrial megastructure originally constructed by the Hephaestus Mining Corporation (HMC). The Mechanics repurposed this colossal facility to shield the city and its inhabitants from the harsh, toxic elements and volatile atmosphere of Euphrosyne.
Beneath the city itself lies a deep and extensive tunnel network. These lower levels are incredibly dangerous, as they are actively stalked by ancient, malfunctioning HMC industrial machinery that still blindly follow centuries-old programming.
