The Tsiktral Core (or the new core) is the hypothetical and highly secretive location of the alien hivemind Tsiktral’s central brain.
After the hive’s original core (now referred to as The Old Core) was destroyed during the war with the Hephaestus Mining Corporation (HMC), Tsiktral was forced to rebuild and relocate its brain. It is widely believed that the new core is hidden somewhere deep underground, likely within the planet’s vast aquifer system.
The exact location is entirely unknown to the human and machine factions of Euphrosyne. However, it is certain that wherever the core is situated, it is heavily guarded by an immense concentration of the hive’s most dangerous spawns.
