The vast majority of alcohol on the planet is produced and exported by the Remnant. However, both the Clans and Scavengers also cultivate their own hardy plants to brew and distill their own localized variations of alcohol. It is grown and acquired in various forms across numerous plantations located in both the Blocks and the Sludge.
The export of alcohol to the Mechanics in the east is a particularly lucrative trade, as Mechanics are widely known to love beer.
