overview
Regulus is a loose cannon but highly skilled surgeon wandering the harsh landscape of Euphrosyne. He possesses an intense, borderline obsessive belief that almost all the problems in the world can be solved with a good surgery.
He is an undisputed expert in his craft, but his moral standards are entirely questionable.
philosophy and operations
Regulus will perform any surgery, no matter how dangerous or unethical, as long as the pay is right.
Furthermore, he frequently performs surgeries completely free of charge if he finds the case unique, challenging, or “interesting” enough. He views himself strictly as an artist, and the human body as his canvas. To Regulus, a complex surgical procedure or biological modification is not just medical science; it is a masterpiece.
