Reina is an independent, highly lethal spawn hunter operating deep within the dense jungles of the Sludge. By reputation alone, she is widely considered to be the absolute best at what she does.
In reality, Reina is a deeply isolated, socially paralyzed young woman. While she is a terrifying force of nature to the hive, she is entirely helpless when it comes to navigating human society.
personality and struggles
Reina suffers from severe social anxiety and intense executive dysfunction. While tracking and killing biological killing machines makes perfect sense to her-because Tsiktral’s logic is hardcoded, predictable, and simple-human interaction is terrifying and overwhelmingly complex.
She struggles immensely with basic self-care. Reina will frequently forget to eat for days at a time, lose her clean utensils, or become so mentally exhausted by the prospect of applying dry wash-foam that she simply won’t bathe for weeks. Even essential survival tasks, like changing the clogged filter on her respirator, feel like monumental hurdles.
When she is forced to visit border camps or trading outposts to sell harvested neurons, she avoids eye contact, mumbles, and will frequently accept terrible, low-ball offers of Yuan from merchants just so she can end the social interaction and escape back into the jungle faster.
