Affinity is the largest post-war settlement within the Blocks, located in the very east of the Kalon Zone. It serves as the primary capital and seat of the council for the Kalon Syndicate.
Despite the Syndicate’s overarching control, Affinity itself is governed by a democratically elected mayor, Umberto Kulkarni, who manages local civilian affairs while reporting directly to the syndicate’s leadership.
