Hecate is the largest Nomad city on Euphrosyne. The city is built directly upon the intersection of ancient, pre-war railroads that extend in all directions, giving the settlement the shape of a massive star when viewed from above.
Hecate is highly diverse and is widely considered the very center of all trade and commerce across the planet. The city’s operations and commerce are governed by the Rustland Trade Union (RTU), while security and defense are provided by the heavily armed Derval Hino Company (DH).
