Miroslav is a young Scavenger living on the western fringes of the Sludge, near the crystal beaches of the Vitriol Sea. He is completely obsessed with the anarchist fleets of The Black Pact and is deeply convinced that his ultimate destiny is to become a dreaded, legendary pirate captain.
Unfortunately for Miroslav, he has no actual maritime experience, no crew, and most importantly, no ship. He spends his days loitering around the coast, attempting to “requisition” random pieces of scrap or pre-war junk to convert into his future flagship.
He constantly narrates his own life as if he is already a legendary fleet commander.
